We absolutely love hosting kids parties in the studio. We LIVE for the beautiful, joyful time the kids spend up in the studio and really enjoy seeing all the gorgeous creations made!

 

We have LOTS of fun samples on the studio walls, most kids choose one of these designs to do but it also allows for kids to invent their own design if they wish. We tend to have at least 1 or 2 kids who come in with their own concept, ready to go. We love to cater for all the different ways kids prefer to create. Having 150 kids in each week for 6 weeks each term, and hosting these parties for the past 4 years, we are highly skilled in getting amazing results - both in quality of work and amount of enjoyment the kids have. It’s just the best!

Pricing:

We have two options. Most of the kids aged 8/9+ go for option 2 (probably more from a time factor) and we find kids up to 8 love the first option with the 60 minutes - just perfect for their attention spans 

 

Option 1: $35 per child

- 20 x 25cm canvas 

- 60 minute class - 45 minutes of painting and 15 minutes at the end for singing happy birthday (while I make sure all paintings are dry enough to take)

- minimum of 7 kids (inducing the birthday child, so the birthday child plus 6 friends).

 

Option 2: $40 per child

- 40 x 50cm canvas

- 90 minute class - this is the bigger canvas so sometimes this takes some extra time. We allow 75 minutes of painting and the 15 minutes at the end for singing happy birthday and for me to make sure all canvases are dry around the edges - we don’t need any parents cars getting paint in them!

 

Kids paint whatever they like in this time. I am on hand to help sketch designs, assist with any kids who need some help (for example painting the background) and gently encouraging them to create the most beautiful designs.

Party Bags:

We also have options for art-themed party bags with all the favourite things kids love best in the studio. Stickers, gems, fun and quirky pens, cute little notebooks, animal shaped novelty paperclips - all the most coveted treasures the kids in class love! Starting from $7 per person, we can work to a budget that suits you best. Contact me for more info.

When can we host them?

As for dates - the studio is usually free on a sunday, but depending on availability we can make a time on another day that works for your family - let me know the date(s) you would prefer and we can go from there.
